Cancelling/Returning an item

Under the German Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of any CDs, DVDs, LPs or any merchandise products which have been unsealed.

Warranty

Goods which are faulty due to productional defects can be returned for exchange. The time limit for these reclamations is 8 days after receipt of the shipment. Please contact us beforehand to obtain an official clearance number for the outside of the package. All shipments being returned to us must have our official clearance number on the outside and should be sent by post, Federal Express, UPS or the like and should be shipped franco domicile: Colosseum Music Entertainment GmbH, Bayernstr. 100, 90471 Nuernberg, Germany. In case of substantial reclamations we will exchange the product but we will not be responsible for any material or nonmaterial losses or damage. The product cannot be returned or exchanged in the case that it does not match the customer's expectation in taste or anything similar.
To cancel a contract, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it (them) to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within fourteen working days of the date that the item was delivered to you and mark this package with the wording "Contract cancellation". Once again, please be aware that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of CDs, DVDs, LPs  or merchandise products if the item was opened and/or when the item has been unsealed.
