John Woo, one of Hong Kong´s most respected directors of action and suspense films (The Killer, Hard Boiled), makes his American directorial debut with this slam bang action movie.

Jean-Claude Van Damme (Universal Soldier, Double Impact) uses his martial arts expertise to do battle against a sadistic band of hunters who are using homeless veterans as prey in their most dangerous game. His quest begins when he comes to the rescue of a beautiful young woman whose father was recently murdered by the hunters.

Set in New Orleans´exotic French Quarter and the Louisiana byous, the film is filled with the type of action set pieces that has made director John Woo one of the most exciting directors to come along in the last decade.
