Set against the backdrop of the Bosnian War that tore the Balkan region apart in the 1990s, In The Land Of Blood And Honey, the directoral debut of Academy Award-winning actress Angelina Jolie, portrays the incredible emotional, moral and physical toll that the war exerts both on individuals and people as a whole. Irish composer Brian Byrne delivers a stunning and beautiful score, one sure to make a powerful introduction for this composer on the international film music scene, The album also features "Lay Your Head Down" — the film's original end title song — co-written together with Glenn Close and sung by Sinéad O'Connor.

Composer William Ross keeps the holiday spirits high with a festive seasonal score for A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas in which stoner buds Harold Lee and Kumar Patel cause a holiday fracas by inadvertently burning down Harold's father-in-law's prize Christmas tree. This sends them embarking on another ill-advised journey and their search for the perfect replacement tree almost blows Christmas Eve sky high.

Here we offer Karate Kid, Part II as a first-time, stand-alone release, a 1000-copy curtain call for what many consider to be the best of Bill Conti’s four classic Karate Kid scores.  We previously released this score as part of our 4-CD Karate Kid boxed set which presented all four of Conti’s Karate Kid scores together. The remaining nine episodes are now available here which completes the presentation of all 17 Bernard Herrmann scores from "The Alfred Hitchcock Hour" – surely one of the most exciting and historic releases we have ever tackled.
